1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the mccw platform and all related services. By accessing the mccw.cam website or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

These terms form a legally binding agreement. Please read them in full before using the platform. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using mccw's services.

These terms apply to all individuals using the platform from Bangladesh. mccw works to provide a safe and reliable online gaming environment, following SSL encryption and fair play principles.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to register and participate on the mccw platform is 21 years. Only individuals aged 21 or above may create an account on this platform. mccw strictly prohibits gaming by minors. We may request relevant documents for identity verification if needed.

2.2 Account Creation Requirements

The following conditions must be met to create a valid account:

3 Account Security and Responsibility

The security of your account password and login details is entirely your responsibility. It is your duty to notify the mccw support team immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

You will be held responsible for all activities carried out using your account, unless caused by a verified technical error on mccw's part. Sharing your login details with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

mccw currently supports the following payment methods:

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is generally no upper limit on deposits, however amounts may be restricted depending on the verification process.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase if additional verification is required. If a withdrawal request is declined, the relevant amount will be returned to your account.

4.4 General Payment Terms

The account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the name of the mccw account holder. Transactions using third-party accounts are prohibited. mccw reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions and to delay or suspend them if necessary.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the total amount (deposit plus bonus). The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time, unless the offer explicitly allows it.
• If fraud or multiple accounts are used to obtain bonuses, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
• mccw reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Program

mccw's VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your regular activity and engagement with the platform. mccw reserves the right to include or remove any member from the VIP list at its discretion.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all games and betting sections available on mccw:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the game is interrupted due to a technical error.
• The outcome of any bet that was active during a technical error will be determined by mccw at its own discretion.
• Accounts may be cancelled if any attempt is made to exploit the system by using multiple accounts or placing coordinated bets.
• mccw reserves the right to change the limits of specific games or markets at any time.

6.1 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on cricket (including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi and other recognised sports. Each event will have its own specific rules and odds. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount is generally refunded.

6.2 Casino and Slots

mccw features games from various reputable game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming and Ezugi. Each game has its own applicable rules. All games are operated under fair play principles.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mccw platform:

• Creating more than one account in a single person's name.
• Providing false information or concealing identity in order to obtain bonuses.
• Placing bets or playing games using computer programs, bots, scripts or any other automated method.
• Attempting to earn bonuses or profits through collusion or coordinated betting.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems or hack into the system.
• Collecting or using other members' account information.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately towards mccw staff.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the immediate closure of the account and the balance may be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Termination by mccw

mccw may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• If an account was created with false or incomplete information.
• For legal reasons or upon instruction from the authorities.

8.2 Closure by the Member

Any member who wishes to close their account may contact us by emailing [email protected] or through 24/7 live chat. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9 Responsible Gaming

mccw places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a cause of financial or personal problems.

mccw's maximum liability shall not in any circumstances exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

mccw reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform.
